Are you a Westwood PTO Event/Activity Chair and need to Distribute a Sign Up Genius or promotional information for your Westwood PTO or Westwood ES event?
Are you a Westwood Faculty or Staff Member?
Yes? Then here is what you need to know!
How to submit an weekly newsletter and website post to www.westwoodpto.com
1. Go to www.westwoodpto.com
2. On a desktop/laptop computer: Click on the “About Us” menu item and then click on “Post/News submission form“.
2. On a mobile device: Scroll to the bottom of the home page and click on
“Post/News submission form” in the footer.
3. Fill out the form and add any attachments (jpg, gif, png, pdf).
4. Press submit. You are done!
Newsletters are published and distributed via email on Sunday Morning. At this time only information pertaining to Westwood PTO or provided by Westwood Teachers /Administration will be published. Publication decisions are at the discretion of the Westwood PTO Executive Board.
Submissions are due before Friday by 5pm in order to be published in the weekly newsletter on Sunday morning.
You can specify a day for publication on the website within your submission. Note: Submissions can take 48 hours for review prior to publication on website.
At this time Westwood PTO will not publish photographs of children at Westwood Elementary School on the website or in the newsletter.
Submitters are solely responsible for the acquiring consent for publication of minor’s names.
